Виртуальный инструмент Hardcore Bass из серии Quantum Leap сделан на основе программного семплера Native Instrument Kompakt и библиотеки из более 6000 мультисемплов (объем 2,2 Гб, на DVD), организованных в шесть инструментов.
При записи семплов использовались пятиструнные бас-гитары Musicman Stingray и Lakland 5594, басовая система Ampeg SVT на большой громкости, микрофоны Sennheiser 451 и RCA 44, устройства Neve, ADL, UA, Manley Massive Passive, Apogee Rossetta. Возможна загрузка библиотеки в семплер Kontakt 1.5 или выше.
Поддерживаются форматы VST2.0, DXi2, ASIO, MME, Direct Sound, Sound Manager, OMS.
